Initial introduction
By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions can be altered at any time by us, so you should read them every time you make a purchase on this website.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Payment & The contract of sale
Payment is only taken when your goods are ready for dispatch. However, when using Paypal and Google Checkout to pay, your payment may be instant and therefore unable to be delayed until the time of dispatch. If an item is cancelled before it is dispatched and it has been charged, it will be refunded.
On occasions, an item may be miss-priced. If you purchase a miss-priced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and re-list the product at the correct price. If this will take place you will have an opportunity to cancel the order or accept the correct price.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason.
The contract made between us through any transaction is governed by the laws of England, using only the English language.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the order has been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched we may not be unable to stop the delivery of the goods.
However, you will have the possibility to return the item and receive the refund which will be repaid to you by your original payment method.
Returns & Exchange
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 28 days from order date for a full refund or exchange of same or similar product in stock. As long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in its packaging with original return labels still attached. Proof of purchase is required. Unwanted item(s) are returned at your own cost.

Delivery
All of our products (except pre-ordered) are held in stock. We aim for a next day delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders placed before 4pm. However some stock items maybe showing a longer delivery if we are still waiting for stock to arrive from manufacturers. These should be considered a Pre-booked item. For pre-booked items, you can usually expect to receive the order within 5-10 working days.

Pricing
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT and prices can change at our discretion.
All manufacturers generally have price increases throughout the years, due to increases in manufacturing costs and inflation. While we try to absorb as much of these costs ourselves, these price increases are unavoidable.
We do not have control over prices listed on external sites, including Google cached listings, shopping feeds or any other site. We are not obliged to provide products for any price which is listed on an external site. We do not have control of the rate at which search engines crawl our site, and therefore the information in the search results may not be indicative of up to date prices.
We accept most major credit cards and payment is securely taken by the Sage Pay secure server. We receive funds via Sage Pay once your order has been placed. Payment is taken in £ Sterling. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to reach your account, the duration of this will vary depending on who your bank with.
Special Offers
We run special offers and discounts to bring you the best products at the best prices.
Only one voucher code per person can be redeemed unless otherwise stated. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Product Pictures and Descriptions
Every effort is made to display the products as accurately as possible.
Customers should be aware that the pictures are a representation of the product and small differences may occur.
For example the colours you see will depend upon your screen therefore we cannot guarantee the colour will be exactly the same.
Please be aware all sizes are approximate and can only be used as a guideline and subject to slight differences by the manufacturer.
Customers who are not satisfied with any product can return the item, please refer to our returns & exchange policy.

Our terms and conditions are subject to UK law and the products we supply are subject to British Standards.
Products and services featured on this site do not automatically carry a guarantee from TrustMum Ltd of their quality or value but we aim to supply all our products at the highest standard possible and are covered by a 12 months manufactures warranty.
Visitors who send letters and photographs to the site should be aware that the site is accessible all over the world and that information and pictures from the site can be downloaded and altered by another user.
TrustMum Ltd reserves the right to edit any contributions.
All pictures send to us remain the owners property but allow use of them at trustmum.com
