Returns Policy
We aim to visually inspect every sold item before shipping. If the product has been unfortunate to have a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit please contact us via email at returns@trustmum.com for return of the product and a refund in full.
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 28 days from order date for a full refund or exchange of same or similar product in stock. As long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in its packaging with original return labels still attached. Proof of purchase is required. Unwanted item(s) are returned at your own cost.
We have a charge of £0.50 for packing and despatching which will be duducted from every order returned to us.
Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office or carrier, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Returned Deliveries
We offer you to use our courier service and you will be advised at what the rates will be charged.
We understand that you may wish to return your order by the carrier of your choice, we would ask that you get your return tracked for your own benefit as we cannot offer a refund until we have recieved goods and checked that it has been sent back with all labels and packaging in tact.
