All products supplied by us come with a 12 month manufactures guarentee.

• Can I specify what day for delivery?

You can choose what day the order is to be despatched ready to be delivered the next working day.

• What are your delivery costs in the U.K. ?

Delivery charges are detailed on the delivery proceedure page.

• When will i recieve my order?

We aim to deliver all orders recieved before 4pm and are despatched for next day delivery.

• Can we pay by cash if we collect?

All orders may be collected from us if desired.

• Can u deliver on a Sunday?

Unfortunateley no deliveries are made on a sunday.

• Can u deliver to work addresses?

We can deliver to any address desired.

• Can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked by the carrier.

• Can I pay by cheque?

You can pay by cheque on collection only provided it is supported by a current guarantee card.

• Can we pick up from you?

Yes all orders are available for collection by the customer.
